1. Originality & copyright policy

ABCS Studio creates and supports original audio, music, voice and music-related video projects. We do not intentionally copy existing songs, tunes, melodies, beats, lyrics, recordings, arrangements, videos, artwork or copyrighted material.

Any reference provided by a client is used only to understand mood, genre, energy, language, audience or creative direction. References are not used as material to copy.

Clients must confirm that any lyrics, humming ideas, voice notes, brand names, scripts, concepts, images, videos or links they provide are either their own or they have permission to use them.

2. AI-assisted production policy

ABCS Studio may offer AI-assisted production as a cost-effective option for songs, jingles, voice ideas, arrangements, demos, background music or creative direction.

AI-assisted work may include AI-supported music arrangement, sound generation, demo creation, vocal-style exploration, editing support, idea development or production assistance.

Where AI is used as part of a project, the work should be understood as AI-assisted or hybrid depending on the agreed production option. AI-assisted production is generally cheaper than full traditional recording because it may require fewer studio musicians, session artists and recording hours.

ABCS Studio will not knowingly use AI to imitate a real artist, copy a protected song, clone a voice without permission or create work that violates another person's rights.

3. Humming, melody ideas & client input

Some projects may begin with a client idea, humming concept, lyric draft, voice note or rough tune. The client does not need to be a musician. ABCS Studio may help shape the idea into a structured song, jingle or audio concept.

If a client provides a humming idea or melody direction, the client must confirm that it is original or that they have the right to use it. ABCS Studio may then use production tools, including AI-assisted tools or traditional recording methods, to arrange music around the idea.

4. Production options

ABCS Studio may offer different production options depending on budget, quality requirement, timeline and project type.

  • AI-assisted production: A faster and more affordable option using AI-supported tools.
  • Hybrid production: A combination of human creative direction and AI-supported production.
  • Traditional recording: Studio-based production involving human artists, musicians, vocalists or engineers.

Pricing, quality, timeline and revision limits may differ depending on the selected production option.

5. Client releases & ABCS Studio releases

ABCS Studio may display two types of work:

  • ABCS Studio releases: Projects released by ABCS Studio or under ABCS Studio branding.
  • Client releases: Projects where ABCS Studio created or supported the audio, but the client released the work independently.

For client releases, ABCS Studio may mention its role such as concept support, humming direction, AI-assisted arrangement, editing, mixing, mastering, voice-over, jingle production or other agreed contribution.

6. Video production scope

ABCS Studio video production is restricted to music and audio-release related content. This includes song shoots, jingle videos, lyric videos, visualizers, reels, shorts, performance clips and release support content.

ABCS Studio does not offer wedding, birthday, funeral, corporate event, conference or general occasion videography under this studio service.

7. Client-shot video disclaimer

Some client releases may include video footage shot by the client or a third party. If the video was not shot by ABCS Studio, ABCS Studio is not responsible for the video quality, lighting, framing, camera work, location, styling or visual production standard.

Where applicable, ABCS Studio may mention that the video was shot by the client or provided by the client to avoid confusion about production responsibility.

8. Artist profile display policy

The Artists page may display selected independent artist profiles for free visibility. Artist profiles may include name, stage name, category, location, languages, skills, short bio, public music links, social media links and availability status.

Submitting an artist profile does not guarantee that the profile will be displayed. ABCS Studio may review, edit, shorten, reject, remove or update artist profiles at its discretion.

Listing an artist does not mean employment, management, endorsement, representation or guaranteed project work.

9. Career network submission policy

The Career Network allows artists, audio specialists, video specialists, editors, camera operators, voice artists, producers and project-based freelancers to submit details for possible future opportunities.

Submission does not guarantee employment, freelance work, collaboration, payment or project selection. ABCS Studio may contact suitable applicants when relevant opportunities are available.

10. No file upload policy

The website forms are designed to collect text details and public links only. Users should not upload audio, video, images, documents or private files through the website forms.

If ABCS Studio requires files such as lyrics, voice notes, humming samples, project briefs or reference material, those may be requested later through direct communication channels such as WhatsApp or email.

11. Privacy policy

Information submitted through ABCS Studio forms may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, locations, project details, artist details, portfolio links and social media links.

ABCS Studio uses submitted information to review enquiries, respond to project requests, assess artist profiles, consider career network submissions and communicate with users.

ABCS Studio does not sell submitted personal information. However, public artist profile details may be displayed on the Artists page if the artist gives permission and the profile is approved for display.

12. Pricing & quotation policy

Prices shown on the website may be starting prices, estimated ranges or package examples. Final pricing depends on project scope, language, length, production method, revisions, artist involvement, studio time, video requirements and delivery timeline.

AI-assisted options are generally more affordable than traditional recording, but the final quote depends on the exact project requirements.

13. Revisions & approvals

Revision limits may vary depending on the selected package. Additional revisions, major direction changes, new lyrics, new melody direction, new vocals, new video edits or expanded scope may attract additional charges.

Clients are encouraged to provide clear instructions before production starts to reduce delays and avoid unnecessary revision costs.

14. Final delivery & usage

Final files, release links, usage rights and delivery format depend on the agreed project scope. Clients should clarify whether the project is for personal use, business use, advertising, social media, streaming release or commercial campaign use.

Ownership, licensing, credits and usage terms should be agreed before final delivery where relevant.

15. Changes to these policies

ABCS Studio may update these policies from time to time as services, technology, pricing, production methods and website features evolve.
